(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the past twenty-four hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Casper Police Department

Ty D Decoteau, Casper, failure to appear, possession of controlled substance.

Valentin Garcia Castro, Casper, possession of controlled substance, under the influence of controlled substance, forged writing.

Michael R Izatt, Casper, failure to appear.

David R Ocon, Casper, failure to comply.

Gade D Oldaker, Casper, county warrant/hold for agency, domestic battery, interfering with 911 call.

Jeffrey A Smith, Casper, public intoxication.
