Special Olympics Wyoming Athletes headed to the Oil City to compete in the Fall Games

(Casper, Wyo.) –  Nearly 900 Special Olympics athletes, coaches, friends, family and volunteers from throughout Wyoming will travel to Casper for the 2015 Special Olympics Wyoming Fall Tournament held October 7-9 p.m.

Athletes will compete in Tennis, Soccer, Cycling, and Bowling events over the course of three days.

The Fall Tournament Opening Ceremony will be Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m. in the Multi Activities Center at Natrona County High School. Competition begins Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Locations for competition include the North Casper Soccer fields, the Sunrise and El Marko bowling alleys, the Wyoming Athletic Club for Tennis and the Platte River Parkway for Cycling.

Everyone is invited to attend this event to support the Special Olympics Wyoming athletes in their competitions.
