
(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is Friday’s recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the last 24 hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Edna J Adams, 33 of Evansville, public intoxication
William M Crozier, 25 of Casper, failure to appear
Jessica R Gomez, 38 of Casper, failure to appear, public intoxication
Robin M Holmes, 31 of Casper, shoplifting. Officers responded to Macy’s with a report of a shoplifter in custody. Officers were advised that a woman, identified as Holmes, had taken a large quantity of men’s clothing from the store into the dressing room. When she returned to the store’s floor, she left with a smaller amount of clothing, leaving the vacant dressing room empty of any excess clothing, according to the report. Loss prevention officers questioned the woman, locating several items, including items from Target in her purse and target bag, according to the report. The woman admitted to the loss prevention officers that she had taking the items, totaling $112 from Target and $376 from Macy’s, according to the report. She was arrested for shoplifting and trespassed from the mall and stores, according to the report.

Jacques Spaniol, criminal trespass, breach of peace, simple assault. Deputies responded to a report of a man physically removing another man, reportedly intoxicated, from his property. Deputies arrived and spoke with the reporting party, identified as Mills Police Chief Bryon Preciado. The Chief identified, Spaniol, as the intoxicated male that entered his property after verbally yelling profanities and threatening he and his wife on Thursday at approximately 8:50pm, according to the report. During the course of the incident, Spaniol allegedly walked on to his property, still threatening and yelling at the Chief and his family, holding an arm out and a fist up, according to the report. When the Chief approached the man telling him to leave his property, Spaniol, allegedly pulled back his fist preparing to assault Preciado, according to the report. The Chief struck Spaniol, where the man lost his balance and fell to the ground, according to the Chief’s statements.He moved toward the Chief aggressively once more, before being pushed and leaving the property, according to the report. He returned a short time later with a hammer, allegedly continue to threaten them. When deputies questioned, Spaniol, he stated that he saw the Chief working on a framing project, grabbed the hammer to help and was then attacked by the Chief for no reason, according to the report. Deputies recall arriving at the residence the night before, approximately 11:40pm for a disturbance call, where he was warned about beach of peace, according to the report. Deputies could smell an alcoholic beverage coming from the man and he agreed to a portable breath test, which resulted in a .36 blood alcohol level, according to the report. He was arrested for breach of peace, trespassing and simple assault.
