
Casper Police have arrested a man on recommended methamphetamine charges, following a search of the man’s person, and the alleged discovery of paraphernalia by police.
According to an arrest affidavit, Bobby A. Davis was arrested and booked on recommended charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, just before 11:00 pm, on Sunday, April 29th.
Police say that they arrived on the scene near Provence Court in Casper, at 10:51 pm, for a report of a disturbance.
Police observed two individuals walking in the area, one of the people was later identified as Davis.
Officers report that Davis had a confirmed warrant for his arrest, as well as his companion, identified as Damiona Faulkner.
Both individuals were placed into custody.
Officers report that Davis failed to inform officers of two syringes on his person, that were discovered in a search following his arrest. Police also report that Davis was found to be in possession of a small pipe with suspected methamphetamine residue inside.
A pipe was also discovered in Faulkner’s purse, however Davis is reported to have told officers that the pipe was his, and he had placed it in her purse without her knowledge.
Faulkner denied knowledge of the pipe, and advised that she did not use methamphetamine.
Davis was transported to the Natrona County Detention Center without further reported incident.
Faulkner was also arrested and booked into the jail under a warrant for Failure to Comply.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
