(Casper, Wyo.) – A portion of Roberston Road, on Casper’s west side, will close beginning Monday, July 6, as crews work to complete the reconstruction project.
The closure will be between Squash Blossom Road and Rivers Gate. Those who live at Squash Blossom south should take CY Avenue and enter from the south. Those that live at Rivers Gate north, should use Robertson Road from the north.
The closure will allow the final section of roadway to be reconstructed including dirt work, new curb and gutter and new pavement.
Following the completion of this section, the entire length of the project will receive a chip seal to help protect the new roadway. The section should be completed by mid-August.
Signage warning drivers of the upcoming closure were installed in the area Monday.
