(Casper, Wyo.) – Two 15-year-old boys are currently in custody after they allegedly stole small items from unlocked cars in the Casper area, a shotgun was also taken from a vehicle in Mills in the last few days, according to the Casper Police Department.
Multiple auto burglaries were reported over the last week to the Police Department where evidence had pointed to juvenile suspects. The juveniles were located Wednesday morning on Holly Street. The items taken from the other vehicles were iPods, lighters, spare change and cash.
Investigators are currently trying to confirm other vehicles that the juveniles were linked to taking items from. At this time, they have been charged with the five vehicle that were confirmed with items stolen.
They have been charged with aggravated burglary, four counts of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
None of the vehicles had signs of forced entry, all the vehicle were unlocked at the time of the burglaries.
