
Dale M. Lappi passed away August 14, 2018 in Casper, Wy. He was born April 18, 1955 in Virginia, MN to Ronald and Barbara Lappi. He was the 2nd of their 6 children. He was raised in Butte, MT and after graduation joined the army. After leaving the army he traveled around and worked in many states. He loved to travel and was known to go where the highway and life took him. He met and married Jackie Hanson and their family was complete with the birth of Ireana Joy. After divorcing, Dale moved around a little until settling back in Casper.
He loved to fish, hunt and walk in the mountains looking for arrowheads and other treasures. He loved football, The Vikings. He was a quiet man, easy going with a wandering soul.
He is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his daughter Ireana (Dakota Harris) and granddaughter Alice Harris, brothers Jerry and Tom, sisters Connie, Chris, and Karen (Rod Bisbee), numerous nieces and nephews.
We will all miss that grin and the way he chuckled when something was funny. After cremation he will be placed in the VA cemetery in Mills, WY where his father rests. A service to honor his memory will be at a later date.

Lois Arlene (Weidner) Rosenlieb
LOIS ARLENE (WEIDNER) ROSENLIEB, 87 passed away August 16, 2018 at Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions after a brave battle with dementia and kidney disease.
Lois was born in Sailor Springs, Illinois September 12, 1930 to Joseph and Philabena (Schnautz) Weidner. She was in the middle of 10 children. She attended schools in Clay City, Illinois and graduated from Clay County High School in 1950. While in High School she meet Charles Lindy Rosenlieb, a young handsome oil field worker from Ohio at a square dance. They were married in Clay City on May 20th 1951.
After a few years in Clay City, Charles was transferred to Great Bend, Kansas, where their first child Gary was born in 1954. In 1955 the family of three moved to Kimball, Nebraska, where they welcomed a daughter, Donna in 1959. The oil patch again saw a transfer to Casper, Wyoming, where the family roots would grow. A short transfer of one year to Kilgore, Texas in 1967 and they would be back to Casper to stay. Summer vacations were spent back with family in Illinois and Ohio.
Lois was a home maker until her youngest child was in Junior High, she started working at Kmart in 1970. She retired in 1995 after 25 years.
Lois is survived by her two children Gary Rosenlieb and wife Marla of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Donna Rosenlieb and her husband Bryce Stewart of Casper. Her only surviving sibling Rea Dean Gill of Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Three much loved grandchildren, Jessica Rosenlieb of Cleveland, Ohio, Evan Rosenlieb of Denver, Colorado and Lindy Stewart of Casper. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Bena, Husband Charles, Brothers, Fletcher, Milton, Norman (Fuzz), Danny and Gaylord Weidner. Her sisters, June Walker Hildibrand, Audrey Barkly and Bonita Stanley.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Monday, August 20, 2018 at the Newcomer Casper Chapel. A graveside service will be held for friends and family on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions or the Casper Human Society.
