(Casper, Wyo.) – The public is invited to speak for and against the proposed amendment to an ordinance that has banned chickens from city limits for the past 40-years.
During the July 21 regular session of City Council meeting, the public is encouraged to voice their opinions about the proposed changed to the city ordinance. Currently, any chickens in the city limits are not permitted and owners are asked to vacate the birds from their property.
