
(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is Tuesday’s recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the last 24 hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Nikki L Ramseier, 29 of Casper, serve jail time
James E Severson, 40 of Casper, possession of a controlled substance, criminal warrant. Officers were patrolling the area of South Walnut when they observed something moving ahead of them with no lights on. As they approached, they saw a man riding a bicycle, officers followed the man trying to initiate a traffic stop where the man, identified as Severson, allegedly dropped something from his pocket while riding along Industrial Avenue, according to the report. Officers returned to the area where the item was dropped and found a crumpled up one dollar bill, when they opened it, small amount of methamphetamine was located, according to the report. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and an outstanding warrant. This is his third possession charge, which will be heightened to a felony.
