
(Casper, Wyo.) – A 27-year-old Casper man has entered a guilty plea to an amended charge of burglary in District Court Friday morning.
Alexis Milani entered the guilty plea to the lowered charge of burglary from aggravated burglary. Per a plea agreement with the state, Milani’s counsel will be able to argue for any sentence, including probation, while the state can argue for the maximum 10 years.
Milani stated in court that he was intoxicated on too many Xanax, rendering the entire event foggy. But he stated that he had electronics following the alleged break-in on Feb. 25 at a residence on Chestnut Street.
He is currently released on a $25,000 cash or surety bond awaiting trial in the case.
