(Casper, Wyo.) – Tonight at 6:00 pm Casper City Council will meet for their regular scheduled meeting at City Hall.
Council will seek amendments to Sections 8.20.040 and 8.20.050, and Repeal Section 10.20.050 of the Casper Municipal Code Pertaining to Motor Vehicle Noise to More Specifically Define Acceptable Noise Levels and Violation Parameters.
They will also listen to three community members discuss the consideration of an amendment to the Casper Municipal Code to allow chickens within the city limits.
Following the discussion, council members will seek to approve the amendments on its third reading.
In other business, council will look at the consent items including authorizing an agreement with Stantec Consulting, Ltd., in the Amount of $135,000, for the North Platte River Restoration Project – Wyoming Boulevard/Water Treatment Plant Site and authorizing an easement with Rocky Mountain Power for Electrical Power for Mike Sedar Pool Project.
