(Casper, Wyo.) – Twelve USA Para-Olympians prepared for the Biathlon Event at the Summer workout camp at Casper’s Recreation Center today.
Athletes worked and prepared in combination training, first roller skiing two laps around the Recreation Center Pool and then hitting the ground for some target shooting.

Casper Biathlon Club President, Rob Rosser commented this morning, “This is the best place in town for our athletes to train, they are able to roller ski and shoot in the same place. Today was awesome, we had one hundred percent integrated cooperation, with biathlon shooters helping out the Para-Olympians.”
Of the twelve athletes, Casper’s Omar Bermejo was also in attendance preparing for the Triumph Games.
Casper Biathlon Club member, Ken Miech told us that the Olympians roller skied the course, then dropped down to shoot infrared targets.
