(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the past twenty-four hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
Casper Police Department
Arrests:
Trevor W Brinkerhoff, Casper, two criminal warrants, improper registration, no insurance, violate protection order.
Malika N Brown, Casper, under the influence of a controlled substance.

Bryan S Groesbeck, Casper, DWUI.
Demetruis D Jamason, child abuse.
Michael J Lord, domestic battery, child abuse.
Fady M Osseiran, Casper, failure to appear, possession of controlled substance, shoplifting.
At approximately 5:00 pm Casper Police Department responded to a report of a shoplifting incident in progress at the CY Albertsons. Officers were advised that a male wearing pajama pants and a flannel shirt stuffed a large package of beef down his pants and was running from the store, according to reports.
Upon arrival, officers observed the male running North through the alley between Boxelder and Willow. Officers ordered the male to stop running.
As officers entered the alleyway the male, identified as Fady Osseiran, walked back to officers. Osseiran was placed in handcuffs without incident. Officers searched Osseiran’s person and found two suspected marijuana pipes in his pocket with suspected burnt marijuana residue inside.
Reports indicate that Osseiran initially denied stealing anything from Albertsons. Officers searched the area and located the stolen beef rib-eye steak inside a garbage container located in the alleyway. When confronted by officers, Osseiran stated that he stole the meat because he was hungry and did not have enough money to pay for the food.
Officers spoke with Albertson’s staff who advised that they wanted Osseiran trespassed from all Casper Albertsons for life, and the stolen beef was returned.
Officers tested the suspected marijuana and it tested positive as marijuana.
Osseiran was arrested and charged with failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting.
