As the Halloween holiday draws to within 10 days away, a spooky fog crept over the Oil City and the Platte River this morning!
Fog lights lit up the street, and favorite hoodies and hats were dawned early this morning.
The crisp fall fog has arrived, but the big question remains, will we see snow on the ground in the Oil City on October 31st? To be continued…
