
Casper College is offering two visual art classes for the summer session: “Drawing I” and “Foundation: Two-Dimensional.”
“Drawing I” is worth three credits and will be taught by Justin Hayward, art instructor. The introductory drawing class will emphasize a wide range of drawing materials and methods of visual study while emphasizing the fundamentals of drawing.
“Foundation: Two-Dimensional” is worth three credits and will be taught by Cynthia Harrison, graphic design instructor.
The class will include studies and sequential exercises in the basic elements of design including shape, line, value, color, and texture. The class will include an exploration of those elements with an emphasis on composition.
