Central Casper sidewalks once again filled up with eager spectators as the annual Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo Parade snaked through downtown.
The tradition kicks off the rodeo portion of the fair, which starts tonight at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. The carnival started over the weekend and continues along with the rodeo through Saturday night.
