(Casper, Wyo.) – Casper College’s Tate Geological Museum is raffling off an atypical amethyst crystal cathedral as part of the museum’s 35th anniversary party on Friday, August 21, 2015.
According to Patti Finkle, director of museums at Casper College, “Goolsby, Findlay and Associates donated the beautiful cathedral to the museum.” Money raised from the raffle will go toward operating expenses at the museum. The drawing for the cathedral will be held at 6:30 p.m. during the anniversary party.
Tickets for the raffle are currently on sale at $5 for one ticket and $20 for five tickets.
