
(Casper, Wyo.) – A Casper man has plead guilty to two counts of immodest liberties with a child Thursday morning in District Court arraignment hearing.
Curtis Jenkins plead guilty to the two counts which occurred between Sept. 1, 1997 to April 15, 2002, according to court documents. The allegations stated that Jenkins had taken the relationship with the girl, born in 1988, from cuddling to intercourse, according to the affidavit filed in Circuit Court.
Jenkins admitted to the relationship and agreed with the court when she outlined the specifics of the case from the information in the case.
According to the plea agreement, Jenkins will serve two consecutive terms of seven to 10-years in prison, to run concurrent with a sentence he is currently serving in Nebraska.
He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond awaiting sentencing in this case.
