
(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is Thursday’s recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the last 24 hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Amber K Gollnick, 22 of Casper, child endangering, interference with a peace officer, breach of peace. Officers responded to a report of a fight on Durbin Street at approximately 11:15 pm Wednesday night. Officers arrived and knocked on the door, a juvenile opened the door slightly and quickly shut the door, according to the report. Officers observed two male subjects leave the residence and flee the scene, unable to acquire them for questioning. Officers returned to the home and spoke with the residents inside, including Gollnick, according to the report. Officers noted that Gollnick was causing a disturbance by yelling obscenities and screaming, according to the report. Officers smelled alcohol on the breath of the juvenile, which they stated was provided by Gollnick, according to the report. Officers continued to question those in the residence about the altercation, but where informed that it was only a verbal argument and not a physical fight, no charges would be pursued on those grounds. During the questioning, Gollnick continued to show signs of intoxication and disruptive language in the neighborhood. She was placed in custody for child endangering, interference with a peace officer, resisting arrest and breach of peace.

Jesse Q Springett, 36 of Casper, shoplifting. Officers responded to a report of shoplifting at the eastside Wal-Mart, where the man had run to the rear of the Sam’s club store. Officers arrived at the rear of the adjacent store, where a man saw the patrol car and allegedly ran from officers. The male, identified as Springett, was taken into custody shortly after, according to the report. The man stated he did not have any money and that he was going to be sleeping outside and wanted an inflatable mattress, according to the report. He allegedly took multiple items, mostly camping items totaling approximately $150, according to the report. He was charged with shoplifting.
