Three men sentenced in Federal Court; Felony possession of a firearm and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine

(Wyoming) – Three men sentenced in Federal Court recently:

Rodolfo Rodriguez Ontiveros, 52, of Greeley, Colorado, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on August 4, 2015, for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

Rodriguez Ontiveros was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 54 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $150.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Dustin Everett Ezra Crapo, 36, of Bar Nunn, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on August 4, 2015, for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

Crapo was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 140 months imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

James Douglas Marquardt, 35, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on August 4, 2015, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Marquardt was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 20 months imprisonment, to be followed by two years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
